Eligibility

Participation is open to organisations that meet the eligibility criteria set out in the Chi-X Rules.  Trading Participants must be regulated by the FSA or an equivalent authority, or demonstrate to Chi-X that they are suitable for admission.  Suitability for admission includes sufficient experience in trading in securities and adequate systems and controls. Membership of other securities trading venues will also be taken into consideration.

Documentation

The following documents are required to be completed as part of the onboarding process:

Complete Participant Application Pack
MTF Participant Agreement
Chi-X Data Recipient Agreement (if the firm wishes to take market data directly from Chi-X)

The Data Recipient Agreement is only required to be completed by Trading Participants who wish to take data directly from Chi-X.
