Chi-X Connectivity
Trading connectivity to Chi-X is provided through a Managed Extranet or Leased Line Provider. Chi-X uses the FIX protocol to allow Trading Participants to enter, amend and cancel orders and receive executions. Market Data can be consumed directly from Chi-X or via a vendor/redistributor. Direct connectivity for Market Data is available via a Managed Extranet Provider, Leased Line Provider or the Internet (unencrypted).
